This month is dedicated to Stress Awareness, with this year’s theme being #BeTheChange.

The theme encourages individuals to take personal responsibility for managing stress through small, consistent action; such as setting boundaries and prioritising self-care. Last year, we introduced a series of simple steps designed to help manage stressful periods, and these remain just as relevant today.
As an employer, we continue to strengthen our focus on workplace wellbeing. With increasing awareness of burnout, our 2026 initiatives place greater emphasis on supporting our people by encouraging managers to foster open conversations and raise awareness of our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
We also encourage ongoing, open dialogue across the business and ask everyone to look out for one another by offering support and understanding, as this can make a real difference.
