We love recognising and rewarding great customer feedback — and this was recently witnessed and acknowledged during a customer visit to our Trafford Park depot.
Operations Director Nigel Mannion of Chadkirk Transport praised the team's outstanding service, highlighting their professionalism and exceptional attention to detail, particularly when booking vehicle servicing and offering expert advice on parts. He also recognised the consistently positive attitude demonstrated by our technicians.
Nigel gave special recognition to Charlotte Robinson and Ged Whelan for their contribution and commitment to Going the Extra Mile.
In recognition of their efforts, Charlotte and Ged were each presented with a £50 Prezzee e-Gift Card.
