As we approach the Christmas break, our annual internal Thomas Hardie newsletter is well underway and soon to be distributed to all employees.
With our teams working across multiple sites, it can sometimes be challenging to ensure everyone stays informed about the wide range of activities happening throughout the business.
Our company newsletter helps bridge the gap supporting our culture, celebrating the achievements of our people, and sharing key developments across the organisation.
In line with our ongoing Green Team initiatives, this special 40th anniversary edition will be printed on recycled paper, underscoring our ongoing commitment to sustainability.
This year has been particularly significant as we marked our 40th year in business. To commemorate this milestone, we introduced a dedicated anniversary logo and held several customer and employee events to celebrate our collective achievements.
Effective communication remains central to who we are. We recognise that internal communication is just as essential as external communication—and deserves the same level of care and attention. Our newsletter is one of the key ways we ensure everyone across the company remains connected, informed, and engaged.
