James T. Blakeman & Co. Ltd., a long-standing customer of Thomas Hardie Commercials, has taken delivery of a new Volvo FH Aero (460hp) Globetrotter tractor unit, supplied by MARK LINGARD, Customer Solutions Manager – Middlewich.
Founded in 1953, Blakeman’s is a well-established family-owned business specialising in the manufacture and supply of high-quality sausage and meat products to the wholesale, catering, and foodservice sectors, alongside a broad customer base across the UK.
Specified with driver comfort and operational efficiency as key priorities, the latest addition to the fleet is equipped with a comprehensive range of features, including a fuel efficiency package, single bed, fridge freezer, TV preparation, and microwave.
Based at its purpose-built production facility in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Blakeman’s operates advanced manufacturing capabilities, producing a diverse portfolio of products, including sausages, meatballs, patties, and burgers.
Despite significant growth and ongoing expansion, Blakeman’s has remained committed to the core values established by its founder, James Blakeman, principles that continue to differentiate the business within the marketplace.
