Liverpool Depot Named VAS Breakdown Dealer of the Year.

We’re delighted to announce that our Liverpool branch has been named Volvo Action Service (VAS) Breakdown Dealer of the Year 2026. This win follows a 2nd-place finish in 2025.

The Volvo Action Service Dealer of the Year Awards recognise top-performing regional dealerships for their excellence in roadside assistance, emergency coordination and keeping Volvo trucks on the road.

As part of the celebrations, our Technicians, James Williams and Rhys Roberts, were invited on an exclusive VIP trip, giving them behind-the-scenes access to the Volvo factory, Research & Development Centre and test facility in Gothenburg, Sweden.

During their visit, they saw products and technologies being developed that won’t be released for several years, giving them a fascinating look at the future of Volvo Trucks.

To round off this once-in-a-lifetime experience, James and Rhys also visited the Volvo Museum, which, we’re told, was one of the trip's highlights!

Reflecting on their experience, James and Rhys said: “It was an incredible trip. Having worked on the product for many years and now seeing what goes on behind the scenes, we can sincerely say that the Volvo product is undoubtedly the best on the market.”
