Preston Memorial Bench

As a mark of respect and an ongoing reminder of two valued colleagues we sadly lost, we have purchased and placed a memorial bench at our Preston branch.

The bench is in honour of Simon Yates, whom we sadly and very unexpectedly lost, and David Harrison, whom we also lost and who is deeply missed.

The bench features a plaque that reads: "In Loving Memory of Simon Yates & David Harrison, remembered with great affection by their colleagues”. 

This lasting tribute will ensure that Simon and David are never forgotten. We hope the bench will provide a place for reflection and remembrance, while also prompting conversations and memories among the colleagues who knew them and were deeply affected by their loss.

It is a fitting and lasting tribute to two valued employees who made a meaningful contribution to our business and to the people around them. 

Their memory will continue to live on through the colleagues, friendships, and memories they left behind.
