World Mental Health Awareness Day.

In recognition of World Mental Health Awareness Day, employees were encouraged on Friday to take a moment to pause, enjoy a brew, and share some sweet treats with colleagues.

In a busy work environment, it’s not always easy to down tools, but on Friday, we did. Taking time to connect reminds us that communication and support are key to our well-being, which is why we felt it was so important to take part in this national initiative.

World Mental Health Awareness Day offers an opportunity to open up conversations about mental health and well-being with family, friends, and colleagues.

We also recognise that mental health awareness shouldn’t be limited to one week of the year. Ongoing, open discussions are essential to creating a lasting, positive impact for everyone.
