Congratulations to our Deeside team on securing Volvo’s “Lean for Retail” Bronze accreditation.

Engaged employees, satisfied customers, and strong business results, that’s exactly what the Lean for Retail programme, rolled out globally by Volvo Trucks, is designed to deliver.

The Lean approach focuses on reducing waste, optimising workflow, and enhancing efficiency, while continually improving the overall customer experience. This new way of working has been positively embraced across the group and has already demonstrated clear value.

The award was accepted by Business Manager Richard Jones and Workshop Controller Stephen Roberts and is proudly celebrated by the entire team.
