New Vehicle Salesperson of the Year

Congratulations to Neil Crook, Customer Solutions Manager at our Preston depot, on securing the New Vehicle Salesperson of the Year Award for 2025.

This award recognises high and consistent performance for vehicles sold within the Thomas Hardie territory against a number of key performance indicators, including order intake, vehicles invoiced and paid, registrations, gross profitability, contract penetration & Volvo Finance penetration. 

Although 2025 was a very challenging year, Neil returned an exceptional result exceeding targets on vehicles invoiced and on a contract maintenance agreement.

The entire sales team performed exceptionally well with over 1000 retail & DHL trucks registered and delivered thanks to the support of our sales administration team and colleagues from across all departments and depots, with a further 500 trucks carried over into 2026.
