The award was presented during Volvo’s prestigious annual awards ceremony, held last week at De Vere Tortworth Court in Gloucestershire.

Aftersales Manager Matthew Halliday proudly accepted the award on behalf of the entire team. The accolade recognises the company’s exceptional commitment to outstanding service, continuous improvement, and building strong, long-term relationships with customers.

The judging panel evaluated several key performance indicators, including a consistently high first-time MOT pass rate across all sites, exceptional results during quarterly site audits, and overall aftermarket performance.
